Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
Yes, all our inverters provide a true pure sine wave output.
What kind of output can your inverters produce?
Normally, we produce inverters with self-adaptive 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V outputs, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. If you have special requirements, please let us know for engineer consultation.
What's the difference between low frequency and high frequency inverters?
Low frequency inverters offer various protections, strong adaptability to different environments, and reliable voltage regulation. They are more reliable compared to high frequency inverters.
What's the difference between pure sine wave inverter and modified sine wave inverter?
Pure sine wave output inverters provide power output comparable to the public power grid, if not better. They have a low repair rate, long lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and are environmentally friendly. On the other hand, modified sine wave output inverters can have a negative impact on appliances and are not suitable for loading inductive loads such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Certain motor control circuits may not function well with modified sine wave inverters.
What appliances can your inverters load?
Our inverters can be used with household, office, and agricultural appliances, as well as other inductive loads such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and water pumps.
Can you print our company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can customize the inverters, nameplates, and packaging with your company logo.
How do I choose the right inverter?
Simply tell us your requirements, and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
How do I solve technical problems?
We provide 24-hour after-service consultancy to help you easily solve any technical problems you may encounter.
Do I need a power inverter?
While a power inverter is not absolutely required for a solar energy system, it is necessary if you want to have 220 or 230 volts AC power and use normal AC appliances. Without a power inverter, you will only have battery power, which may be acceptable for small RVs or cabins.
What's the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
The voltage refers to the input voltage from the battery bank. Higher voltages allow for less current, which means you can use smaller wires between your solar panel array and battery bank. It is important to ensure that the solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all use the same voltage.
What should I do if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, simply send us a picture or video, and we will study it and provide the necessary spare parts of the PCB board for after-sale service.
