Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
Answer: Yes, all our inverters are true pure sine wave.
What kind of output can you provide?
Answer: Normally, we produce inverters with 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V, 50/60Hz self-adaption. If you have special requirements, please consult our engineers.
What's the difference between low frequency and high frequency inverters?
Answer: Low frequency inverters have various protections, strong adaptability to different environments, and are more reliable with voltage regulation.
What's the difference between pure sine wave inverter and modified sine wave inverter?
Answer: Pure sine wave output inverters are as good as the public power grid, if not better. They have a low repair rate, long lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and are environmentally friendly. Modified sine wave output can negatively impact appliances and cannot load inductive loads like air conditioners and refrigerators. Certain motor control circuits do not work well with modified sine waves.
What appliances can your inverters load?
Answer: Our inverters can be used with household, office, agricultural appliances, and other inductive loads such as refrigerators and water pumps.
Can you print our company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging?
Answer: Yes, we accept OEM orders and can print your company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging.
How do I choose the right inverter?
Answer: Please tell us your requirements, and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
How do I solve technical problems?
Answer: We provide 24-hour after-service consultancy to help you solve technical problems easily.
Do I need a power inverter?
Answer: Technically, no. A power inverter is not absolutely required for a solar energy system. However, without a power inverter, you will not have 220 or 230 volts AC and will have to rely solely on battery power. This may be acceptable for small RVs or cabins, but most people prefer to use normal AC appliances.
What's the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
Answer: The voltage refers to the input voltage from the battery bank. The main consideration is that higher voltages result in lower currents, allowing for the use of smaller wires between the solar panel array and the battery bank. It is important to ensure that the solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all use the same voltage.
What should I do if the product is broken?
Answer: If any product is faulty, you can send us pictures or videos, and we will study them and provide spare parts of the PCB board free of charge for after-sale service.
