Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
A: Yes, all our inverters provide a true pure sine wave output.
Q: What kind of output can you provide?
A: Normally, we produce inverters with 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V, self-adapting to 50/60Hz. If you have special requirements, please consult our engineers.
Q: What's the difference between a low frequency and high frequency inverter?
A: A low frequency inverter offers various protections, strong adaptability to the environment, and more reliability with voltage regulation.
Q: What's the difference between a pure sine wave inverter and a modified sine wave inverter?
A: A pure sine wave output inverter is equivalent to the public power grid, or even better. It has a low repair rate, long lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and is environmentally friendly, providing protection for appliances. On the other hand, a modified sine wave output has a negative impact on appliances and cannot load inductive devices such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Certain motor control circuits are also not compatible with the modified wave.
Q: What appliances can your inverters handle?
A: Our inverters can be used for household, office, agricultural appliances, and other inductive loads such as refrigerators and air conditioners.
Q: Can you print our company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders and can customize the products with your company logo.
Q: How do I choose the right inverter?
A: Simply tell us your requirements and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
Q: How do I solve technical problems?
A: We offer 24-hour after-service consultancy to assist you in easily solving any technical issues.
Q: Do I need a power inverter?
A: Technically, no. A power inverter is not absolutely necessary for a solar energy system. However, without one, you will not have access to 220 or 230 volts AC and will solely rely on battery power. While this may be acceptable for small RVs or cabins, most people prefer to use normal AC appliances.
Q: What's the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
A: The numbers refer to the input voltage from the battery bank. The main consideration is that higher voltages result in lower currents, allowing for the use of smaller wires between the solar panel array and the battery bank. It is important to ensure that the solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all operate at the same voltage.
Q: What should I do if the product is broken?
A: If any product is faulty, please send us pictures or videos for our assessment. We will provide free spare parts for the PCB board as part of our after-sale service.
