Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
Yes, all of our inverters provide true pure sine wave output.
What kind of output can you provide?
We normally produce inverters with 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V, with a self-adapting frequency of 50/60Hz. If you have specific requirements, please consult our engineers.
What is the difference between a low frequency and high frequency inverter?
A low frequency inverter offers various protections, strong adaptability to different environments, and reliable voltage regulation.
What is the difference between a pure sine wave inverter and a modified sine wave inverter?
A pure sine wave inverter provides output comparable to the public power grid, with low repair rates, a long lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and protection for your appliances. On the other hand, a modified sine wave inverter can negatively impact appliances and cannot handle inductive loads such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Certain motor control circuits may also be incompatible with a modified sine wave.
What appliances can your inverters handle?
Our inverters can be used with household, office, and agricultural appliances, as well as other inductive loads like refrigerators and air conditioners.
Can you customize the inverters with our company logo?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can print your company logo on our inverters, nameplates, and packaging.
How do I choose the right inverter?
Simply tell us your requirements, and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
How do I solve technical problems?
We provide 24-hour after-service consultancy to help you easily solve any technical problems you may encounter.
Do I need a power inverter?
Technically, no. A power inverter is not absolutely required for a solar energy system. However, without one, you will not have access to 220V or 230V AC power and will have to rely solely on battery power. While this may be acceptable for small RVs or cabins, most people prefer to use normal AC appliances.
What is the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
The voltage refers to the input voltage from the battery bank. The main consideration is that higher voltages result in lower currents, allowing you to use smaller wires between your solar panel array and battery bank. It's important to ensure that your solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all operate at the same voltage.
What should I do if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, simply send us a picture or video, and we will assess the issue. We offer free spare parts for PCB board for after-sale service.
