Are your inverters pure sine wave output?
Yes, all our inverters provide true pure sine wave output.
What kind of output can your inverters provide?
Our inverters normally produce output voltages of 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V, with self-adaption to 50/60Hz. If you have special requirements, please consult our engineers.
What's the difference between low frequency and high frequency inverters?
Low frequency inverters have various protections, strong adaptability to different environments, and better voltage regulation. They are more reliable compared to high frequency inverters.
What's the difference between pure sine wave and modified sine wave inverters?
Pure sine wave output inverters provide power quality similar to that of the public power grid, if not better. They have a lower repair rate, longer lifespan, no harmonic pollution, and are environmentally friendly. On the other hand, modified sine wave output inverters may have a negative impact on appliances and cannot load inductive loads such as air conditioners and refrigerators. Certain motor control circuits may also be incompatible with modified sine wave.
What appliances can your inverters load?
Our inverters are suitable for use with household, office, agricultural appliances, and other inductive loads such as refrigerators and water pumps.
Can you print our company logo on inverters, nameplates, and packaging?
Yes, we accept OEM orders and can customize the products with your company logo.
How do I choose the right inverter?
Please let us know your requirements, and our sales team will recommend a suitable inverter for you.
How do I solve technical problems?
We provide 24-hour after-service consultancy to assist you in solving any technical issues easily.
Do I need a power inverter?
Technically, a power inverter is not absolutely required in a solar energy system. However, if you don't use one, you will not have access to 220 or 230 volts AC and will have to rely solely on battery power. While this may be acceptable in small RVs or cabins, most people prefer to use normal AC appliances.
What's the difference between 12, 24, and 48 volt inverters?
The voltage refers to the input voltage from the battery bank. Higher voltages allow for less current, enabling the use of smaller wires between the solar panel array and the battery bank. It is important to ensure that the solar panels, inverter, and battery bank all use the same voltage when designing a system.
What should I do if the product is broken?
If any product is faulty, please send us pictures or videos for our assessment. We will provide the necessary spare parts of PCB board free of charge for after-sale service.
